"The Difference is in the Processing"
Bonar Plastics has been perfecting the rotational molding process for over half a century. The process lends itself well to producing highly durable parts and a wide variety of shapes and sizes, which makes it ideally suited for manufacturing a broad range of container products for a vast array of material handling applications. Unlike other plastic processes, which generally force resin into metal molds via some means of pressure, rotational molding allows resin to flow freely with gravity controlling most of the resins formation, resulting in a virtually stress free part with superior impact strength and load bearing properties ideal for material handling applications , like bulk bins, pallets, hoppers and other portable containers.
Bonar is committed to using higher density resins for stronger finished product performance and greater resistance to chemical or food permeation within the plastic part. Utilizing the industry’s most stringent impact tests, Bonar products deliver greater resistance to environmental stress cracking and maximum impact strength, which results in longer lasting, more durable products, providing our customers with an optimized useful life to cost ratio on all Bonar products.
